Great service and great accommodating staff, I arrived 5 minutes before closing and the staff was still calm and composed whilst serving the high quality chocolate drinks. I think the service is great as they still offered to create the drinks despite the tight closing time and would highly recommend this place. The chocolate drinks were rich and creamy with undertones of caramel and definitely worth giving a visit when in the area

Very good first experience at knoops. I was quite overwhelmed by the amount of options at first but luckily the employee helped me. The young man with the ponytail explained to me the concept and recommended to me the best chocolate according to my tastes. It was indeed really good, I recommend !

I first went to Knoops in Rye before any other locations had opened, and my first reaction to trying their milkshake was genuine bewilderment at just how phenomenal it was. We went back home and told everyone how incredible it was - "not like melted chocolate or chocolate powder, it's like drinking a liquid chocolate bar of the best chocolate you've ever had!". While it's still the best place to have chocolate drinks I've ever been in my life and consistently have great delicious experiences, nothing beats that first shock in Rye I had the white iced chocolate matcha yesterday, which was so good. The only complaint I have about the Richmond store, is my first time visiting a few months ago nobody acknowledged anyone in the queue. It was not noticeably busier than any previous experience I have had at other locations in the UK. We waited for almost 10 minutes, and nobody had apologised for the wait or explained why there was a delay, so we left without buying anything. After a couple of months, I decided to give it another go after my first disappointment and have had several much better experiences. I was very disappointed by the first visit but it appears the service has been rectified in this store!

Went to Knoops Richmond several times. Ordered hot chocolates, Dubai Hot Chocolate, Matcha Latte, pastry/desserts, etc. The Dubai Hot Chocolate was good. The hot chocolate sometimes really good, sometimes not too good. The Matcha Latte was ok. Seating area is only available indoor, with limited space. Wheelchair accessibility is not available. Toilets for customers are not available.

Wow! Wow! Wow! So good—I highly recommend. The 36% was recommended by Sam which ended up being all of our favorites (has this smooth caramel note to it that is just perfect); and I also really liked the 38% which is apparently controversial since it’s vegan but maybe it’s bc I’m from LA, idk. Either way, you really can’t go wrong. Such great quality ingredients, taste, and staff. I hope they expand to the US soon!

Oh my goodness, I had an absolute blast choosing my hot chocolate! I went for the one with pistachio whipped cream, and it was to die for! Wow ...

We got a Dubai iced chocolate and it was absolutely delicious. Josh was so kind and helpful, we really appreciated his service.
